Implementing Service Integration Workflows with Third-Parties
This course enables consultants and administrators to implement the application workflow for the ServiceNow side of a vendor e-bonded solution, taking advantage of the common document format.

This training is intended for consultants and administrators of MSPs who will be importing Perspectium Integration update sets, configuring the properties, and customizing the integration.
Requirements
The prerequisites for this class are basic understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) or administrative and user knowledge of the endpoint applications. Additionally, the student should have completed the Perspectium Core foundation course or have equivalent knowledge.

This course takes two hours.
